unable to change Apple ID picture

I am unable to edit the photo on my Apple ID after updating to MacOS Big Sur 11.2.

is it possible to change user picture (login picture)on mac without changing iCloud profile picture. If it is possible how should I do it without using terminal and all that. I want a different profile picture for my Apple ID and user login picture

unchangeable Apple ID picture Is anyone else having troubles updating the Apple ID photo on the MacBook Pro? I follow the right steps and change it but the as I close system preferences, the old photo comes right back.
