Total Gym how to credit rings

I usa a Total Gym for my strength workout. But my watch doesn’t recognize so it doesn’t close my exercise ring. Is there a way to manually input the data?

Exercise ring Apple Watch I been having trouble with my watch tracking my exercise correctly for example I could have done a 15 hour shifts where I have been pretty much non stop but the exercise ring would only state that I done 18 minutes of exercise. All the other rings are find it’s just that one. Had anyone got any suggestions? I have made sure my watch is updated and that it’s on the right as well

You can manually enter a workout in the health app.
