Ring Doorbell Rich Notification Volume SUPER LOUD!

Hello,

When receiving a rich notification from my Ring Doorbell the volume sound is normal BUT if I press and hold on the notification to access the "rich notification" the volume goes to MAX! I have set up the volume in the Ring app to be at its lowest but this doesn't fix it.

I have no idea why this is happening and can only assume it is an iOS bug.

Rich Notifications started with iOS 10:
