my brother ordered his iPhone 12 Pro Max last week And it was delivered the next day. Is there any reason why the 12 pro is taking this long to be shipped and delivered. Now hardly seems like an in demand time
No one from Apple is here on this user to user only forum. If Apple had the model phone in stock you ordered, they would ship it to you. They don't actually charge you until the phone is preparing to ship, so there is no financial incentive to not get your order to you as fast as they can.
It honestly all comes down to availability and clearly the model, color and memory option you selected is perhaps in more demand.
