HomePod loses signal

I have 2 homepods that are stereo connected I constantly lose WiFi signal I’ve hard reset I’changed modem. Seems like started happening after one of the previous updates anyone have any luck fixing? I can’t take to store due to the Pandemic. I bought when they first came out I wonder if Apple will repair I’ve tried everything just wonder if this if this still happening in 2020

HomePod lost connection while playing Hi guys, I have a pari of HomePods 2023 version, I noticed that for few times in last 3 months, when HomePods are playing music, sometimes one of them being cut off sound, on and off for few seconds, as if the HomePod is not stable. And when the HomePod being cut off or trying to get back to normal, there is some noise come from speak as well. I wonder if this is caused by the internet connection issue? or the pairing itself? I have a pari of HomePods mini some times does this too :/ Anyone experienced similar issue? thanks!!

Cannot connect to HomePod, even after resets I have a HomePod that constantly needs to be reset. Every time I leave the house for more than 3 days it needs to be reset. The only error I can see is "Unable to connect to HomePod". Nothing changes with my Wi-Fi, I bought a brand new router because of this. I have unplugged, waited a minute, then plug it back in. Restarting from the app. The only fix is to reset and re-add to Home app. Any suggestions? I really regret buying this thing.

HomePod minis are worthless I have 2 HomePod minis that are connected. I love the sound, but they rarely work. I continuously get told that it is having trouble connecting to the internet. The HomePods are 15 feet from my router and I have never had this problem with any devices. Also when it does work, most times it plays a couple of songs and stops. Please help.

If you have a dual band router you may find your HomePods are more reliable if you disable the 5GHz band.
