Data transfer
If I purchase a new phone in exchange to my old iPhone, how do I transfer all my data to the new phone before handing it over to the delivery guy?

If you use iCloud or iTunes/Finder you can backup before the new phone arrives and have it ready to send off at any time. You don't need both devices at the same time.
