Apple support

While attending a scheduled call from Apple support - the recorded message says Press 1 for talking to an advisor. But when you press 1 the call gets cut off with a message that sorry we missed you. What shall one do ? And why is this happening ?

Support Call I am trying to schedule an Apple support call, since that is the only option it gives to contact them, and it tells me that it is unable to schedule a call at this time. This is after I enter all my information and select a time for a call back. Is there a way to actually contact Apple Customer Service?
