iOS 14.4 Cellular Service Not Functioning

After updating my phone to the latest update, I keep having issues with the no service. Right now, the Cellular tab under settings shows an error.

I've tried turning airplane mode on and off.

I've tried resetting my network settings.

And last night I tried reinstalling the update via iTunes on my PC (I assume the update completed. It takes me 4 hours to download 4 GB, and I found out about this supposed solution 11 PM last night).

My iPhone restarted at some point while I was asleep, so I believe the update reinstalled successfully.

But I'm still having issues.

This is immensely frustrating...

I appreciate the response.

I got an appointment at a Best Buy Geek Squad location, via the Apple support site.

They attempted to remedy my inability to access cellular, even including a factory reset, but discovered it was a hardware issue that could not be remedied (according to them).

I have since purchased an iPhone SE, since my iPhone 7... to put it theatrically.... was effectively deceased.
