After the iPhones most recent update I have not been able to send picture texts to android phones. I have not changed my setting and from what I’ve goggled all my settings are correct. My phone carrier says it is not their issue

Nor is it an Apple, iphone or ios issue. MMS is a phone carrier feature, call them back and speak to someone higher up.
