Hello All,
I am from India and using "Vi" (Vodafone Idea) as primary provider (postpaid) in my iPhone 12 pro max. For the past two days I started getting "(Primary)Your SIM played a tone " popup. I tried getting in to "SIM Applications" under Mobile Data. There is no such thing as "FLASH" or "Idea Flash" which can be deactivated. Did any one else face this issue.? This is very annoying. This is sent from your Vodafone Carrier. Contact them and ask them how to stop this. However...
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Tap On Vodafone (Blue) Below SIM Application
If nothing happens, Remove the SIM and Re-insert, Probably now the Flash will appear under SIM aplication..

I called Vodafone (Vi) customer care. After seeing your reply, I shared an email to customer care support with the screenshot. They called me today and said this will be taken care. Thanks for your suggestion. I am not getting that popup for the past couple of hours :)
