I’m trying to download an app/game on the store but it keeps saying, “Apple I.d. Has not yet been used in the iTunes Store yet” I tried signing in when prompted with this but still can’t get it to work. Any help would be much appreciated

It sounds like you are getting a message that your Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes Store.


Here's a resource that can help:


Review "Create an Apple ID using the App Store on your device" in How to create a new Apple ID and follow steps 4 - 6.

  • Note "After you verify your email address, you can use your Apple ID to sign in to the iTunes Store, App Store, and other Apple services such as iCloud."
