IPhone XR external speaker sound

I have an iPhone XR and playing any videos etc I cannot get sound out of phone. The volume setting is at max with nothing coming out...... I have read the speakers can blow but the phone is brand new!

speakers are putting out a really low volume iPhone 7+. When setting up this phone I upgraded the iOS. Now all of the speakers are putting out a really low volume. This pone is barely usable.
