Apple TV gen 3 stuck at “data privacy” when set up

Hi all,

I am trying to set up an Apple TV gen 3 with iPad Mini 4

Problem is, after filling in iCloud and pass and ok, I’m taken to a windows “Privacy data...” asking me to choose “continue” or “learrn more” where I cannot use the iPad to choose cause it’s not connected yet and I don’t have the original remote, thus, cannot get pass this particular windows to complete the set up.

Some guys recommended me to use a bluetooth keyboard, but my Corsair K83 does not connect to Apple TV and I does not understand why, I also does not have a MacOS to CiderTV Mac app, and this app for android or iphone/ipad are also unable to do the connection :(

Please, anyone knows how to get thru this??
