Using AirPods Pro with HP Elitebook laptop

AirPod Pros will not install driver correctly on my HP Elitebook laptop. They do show up as a Bluetooth device, so it is not a recognition issues. I believe there are drivers or software that are needed to make it work on my laptop. All other questions similar to this that have been posted have been given the same response containing a link to setup AirPods Pro on Mac or Bluetooth device however, this article does NOT solve this problem as I am already able to pair the AirPods to my laptop but continue to see the error saying there are no drivers.
