Storage on my Iphone

Hello, I have an Iphone 11 pro max 64 GB, plus I purshed iCloud 50GB and keeps runing out of storage, I had to delete most of my apps and still didn’t fixed the problem, how can I fix it please even my icloud storage has in only 16GB but on my iphone storage, just the other is taking 47gb

When you stream music or video, that content is stored as cached files on your device so you can quickly access it again. Your device automatically removes cached files and temporary files when your device needs more space." "You don't need to delete them yourself." (Which I interpret to mean you cannot delete them directly yourself.)
