where do I find the control center on my watch?

Phone is in theatre mode - not sure how that happened and I want to turn this off.

How to remove theater mode from Apple Watch I have seen a lot of people ask how to remove theater mode from an Apple Watch. The only answer I have seen is how to turn it on or off.
