How to remove theater mode from Apple Watch

I have seen a lot of people ask how to remove theater mode from an Apple Watch. The only answer I have seen is how to turn it on or off. I would like to know if it’s possible to absolutely remove it entirely from my Apple Watch.

I am asking because it seems as though every time I check to see what the power amount is I accidentally hit the theater mode and it turns it on.
