Apple Watch and iPhone Health

In my Health app under profile then devices there are two separate Apple watches listed but both say they are no longer paired with my phone. How do I pair my watch?

Apple Watch pairing new phone issue So I recently got a new phone and forgot to repair my watch but i no longer have my old phone. I was reading the posts about what to do but here’s the difference. My watch is still giving me notifications from text messages or calls but isn’t connecting my workouts to the health app. I tried to repair it by using the Apple watch app and clicking existing Apple Watch, but now that option is no longer there and im not sure how to pair the two now.

Apple Watch and Health App Not Pairing to IPhone My watch is paired to my iPhone 11. All iOS are up to date. The Apple Health app however is not synching. Steps show up on my watch but do not show up in the health app on my phone. How can I fix this?

They are previous paired sessions,every time you unpair and re-pair your watch a new paired session is created.

Do not delete these sessions or you will lose all the awards badges and fitness data that belongs to each session.
