How to get voice to text to spell a name correctly

I have an iPhone 11 IOS 14.3

My last name is Trabel pronounced Trābël. Every time I dictate the name Trabel it types Carl. The two names sound nothing alike! I have searched online for over an hour today reading different posts about how to fix this and it just doesn’t work. I’d like to know how to get voice to text to spell a name correctly?
