I have been locked out of my Apple Cash

Good afternoon! I have been locked out of my Apple Cash after I deposited my whole paycheck to transfer into my Wells Fargo account my wife uses to pay rent and bills. This is the worst experience not knowing when my account will be unlocked since we have rent, cars and bills to pay as well as buying food for our kids. Everything was done by the book and rules Apple Cash sets out. When i called Apple support they couldn’t help and transferred me to Green dot which handles Apple Cash. They couldn’t do anything to assist me and said 3 days maybe it will be unlocked. I have a paper trail for the funds that lead it back to my direct deposit on my caped account. This is crazy that my funds are being held and my family and I might get evicted for not being rent. If this doesn’t get resolved I will utilize the consumer financial bureau to get this resolved. Please assist us we cannot go 3 days when rent is due
