Under Setting - Face ID & Passcode...iPhone Unlock option is greyed out so phone unlock (Face unlock) is not working. Kindly help me out how to enable it?

Didn't work. I wonder if there is a hardware issue and it thinks the sensors are deactivated. Though, it does allow me to reset and rescan, but it's still greyed out, as seen in the image of my first post.
Just a guess:
Do you have the mute switch on?
yeah. Should I switch it off? Why would that have anything to do with faceID being greyed out? I'm gonna try though. Very curious.
So am I.
