You may need to check with your carrier. It’s a “General Packet Radio Service” so you may have to contact them to disable it or do a web search to see what steps come up. It may not do anything at all since you don’t have a hotspot feature with your plan

Only your carrier plan can add a hotspot.

Maybe a restart of the device will remove things you can't use.

I don’t want to add a hot spot and when I go in that setting to add one it instructs me to call. So there isn’t one. I’m just confused why that’s showing when we don’t have it.
