My calender has a red line with a red dot on it

The horizontal red line with the dot indicates the current time (9:03PM).

There are other red indicators that you should be concerned about.

• Your battery indicator in the upper right is red. Do not allow your battery to drain that low.
• There is a red exclamation point next to "Calendars" in the bottom center. Click there and address the issue that will be displayed.

I'm not sure either. As I said, there is an area around the "Calendars" prompt that will explain it once you click there.
