How can I make sure my neighbor is not using my wifi or is hacking into my wifi

I believe my neighbor has hacked into our wifi and has been using our wifi

Is it possible that my iPhone get hacked by a wifi connection? I was outside my home and i found my mobile connected to other wifi called “OPPO F9” i asked my sister to see if she has her phone connected to the same wifi and it appeared but asked for the password.. but my phone was connected without asking the password.. and the same thing happened last June with the same wifi name oppo f9 but in different place.
