New iphone 12 pro - 3d press/touch features not working to highlight text or move cursor. The 3d touch feature does not seem to work at all in some apps/scenarios where it did on my previous phone.

Thanks. I'm not asking how to change the settings. What I am trying to say is that the features aren't working. I have the 3d/haptic touch features on. They're just not working well or at all in some apps. I have an appointment to get it looked at by a technician.
