Security Update 2021-001 and Safari 14.0.3

I am wondering if anyone has had any problems with the Security Update 2021-001 and Safari 14.0.3 that Apple released a few days ago. I am asking this because of the serious issues that many users had with a Mojave Security and Safari update a couple of months ago. Waited before installing that update until a revision was issued and it has been my policy since then to not install updates until such time as they are determined to be safe. Using a 2018 MacBook Air running 10.14.6. Thanks in advance.

You might be able to gauge how people are getting on with the latest

Security Update by looking at the pages of the Mojave community

and notice there don't seem too be many complaints.

I have installed it and so far have not come across any problems.

Can speak to Security Update 2021-001 Catalina and Safari 14.04 - all went fine here. Due diligence having a Time Machine Backup before the update and 2 TESTED Clones each to separate external drives - Insurance incase things when sideways.

There was a Boot ROM update for Late 2012 iMac included in this update.

Safari 14.0.3 fixed the attach issue in Mojave that was introduced in Safari 14.0.1 and Safari 14.0.2. I usually wait a week on the security update so I can download the direct file to update multiple computers at once.
