Can I delete apple TV and iBooks from my MacBook Pro?

Trying to make space on my MacBook Pro - never use Apple TV or Ibooks and would like to delete them to give me some more space. Can I delete somehow?

Not Sure, If we can delete the apps that came with the macOS.

Note: "To delete an app that didn't come from the App Store, use the Finder instead."
