Weird Pop-Up Error on iMac

I've been getting the pop-up error message shown below for a few weeks now and even chatted w/Support but no luck. I have no clue what the quoted data is either... Any suggestions?

“16638240548927279517” wants access to control “Safari”. Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in “Safari”, and to perform actions within that app.

Then immediately following is another pop-up stating to close programs, memory low.
