This error indicates that you need to sign in with an Apple ID that has already downloaded or accepted this version of macOS. Hi, I think there is a mistake. My macbook isn’t started yet, I mean that it is still in Recovery mode. I tried to press the “Startup disk” But it says There is no start up disk. What do I do? I already created the installer on a USB, done all the steps in the link you provided. But when I tried doing the Terminal step, it says command not found.

Try Another Mac:
Do you have access to another Mac (i.e. friend's, family member's, co-worker's, peer's, etc)? If so, try creating one through use of that. Of course, ask the owner if you may use it to create it.
