Mobile Data for certain apps
Unable to turn on mobile data for certain apps although i have latest software installed. Also unable to turn on or off mobile data from drop down menu
Tried restarting? Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Sometimes that clears up an odd problem and gets things working.
