Boot into Safe Mode and try the network connection again. That disables various add-on apps, and rebuilds various caches.
ps: Current Mac Pro has two 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10 GbE) ports. You don't have a Mac Pro. You have a MacBook Pro. Different Mac entirely.

Does another system connected to the same cable (and same adapter?) detect the network?
Tried a different cable?
Is the Ethernet network set to require DHCP, or static addressing?
Tried rebooting the router?
(Mac Pro doesn’t need an Ethernet adapter, though MacBook Pro does. You’re on a MacBook Pro?)
Tried different cable and no issues with connection as its working in desktop. Mac 16 Pro has NO Ethernet Port. So using a Adaptor that connects Ethernet to Type C Port. Tried another adaptor also and same results. Its DHCP.. Restarted Router also no positive results..
