Currently iOS 10.3.4 is available in my iPhone 5. I would like to check if this is final version of iOS that would be supported for iPhone 5.
Also, I am unable to use most of the apps in AppStore since they are compatible only with iOS 11 or higher.

The iPhone 5 is obsolete by now. You are better off with a new, current-gen iPhone. But still, many Apps support iOS 10 even to this day.
