Error with certificate
Tell me what the problem is
It would appear from the screen shot their Certificate is not Trusted by Apple. The why it is so, only Apple can offer an answer.

When a Developer wants to make an Application to work in Apple Software, the Developer must ask Apple permission. If Apple is OK and say yes, Apple issues a Digital Certificate. Then Developer must include the digital Certificate inside the Application. Now, when someone downloads that Application, the Apple Software reads this Certificate. If Certificate is OK - the Application works.
Your problem - the Certificate this Developers included in the Application you try to install is Not Trusted and will not work.
To Fix - The Developers Must take directly to Apple and fix. We can do nothing to fix it.
