Have you installed garbage on your Mac?

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

What issue are you having or what makes you think your screen is being captured? This would be GPU , not your display itself....

You can check your user preferences if you enabled Screen Sharing in your user account for any reason,

you can disable it just as easy.
