Hi keithmurray1957,
Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with an app that may be out of date for the iPad you are using.
Have you checked for an update in the App Store? We found the app and it appears to currently require iOS 12: Ignite TV.
For help updating apps please see: Update apps or use automatic downloads.
You can see what iOS your iPad is running in Settings > General > About. If there is an update available, this page will help: Update iPadOS.
If the app is compatible with your iPad, you can try this troubleshooting: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.
You may need to eventually follow: How to contact an app developer.
Have a fantastic day!

Your iPad is very out of date and can't be updated ti 14.4 (current iOS).
The iPad model is MD510C/A software version is IOS 10.3.3 claims it's up to date? Could this be the issue? is the model not able to upgrade to a newer version?
