billing problem?

my phone won’t allow me to download apps anymore because when I try it comes with an alert that says I have a billing issue and it brings me to a page that has my address and my number. I’ve read through it a million times and all my information is correct but it continues to go to the same screen. How do I fix it!

Contact your bank to see if they can see why it was declined.


If your bank can't see anything wrong:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support


Also, see this:

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
