The latest version of I watch update has not loaded. It’s been plugged in and on WiFi. It’s stuck verifying I think

Is there a way to manually update or should I keep this on automatic and hope it works it out

Check your internet connection. If ok, try again on watch app on iPhone after restarting the watch. Still not working, check if storage is available on watch. Then unpair on watch app on iPhone and pair again. Then try updating. It should work. Same issue I faced and unpairing-pairing worked for me.
