I used to be able to swipe down from the home screen to search my apps and contacts. Now when I swipe down, I only get web results and Siri Knowledge. I don't have any apps on my home screen and have more than I want to organize or find by scrolling. This change makes it difficult to use my phone now.

Put your finger on the middle of the screen and swipe down. Enter a search term, then scroll down and you can choose what to search, including contacts.
