Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

dropped Iphone 11 (from only 2 ft) and now it will not power on.

My phone fell from about 2 feet and now is not working. Screen is black and will not power on.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, a drop from any distance can still damage your phone.


See if the following can help: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support


If it doesn't, then you should make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
