Ford pass app not working

The Ford pass app will not work on my new Apple Watch. It is stuck on loading. The watch and phone are both connected via WiFi and Bluetooth. Any suggestions?

We understand from your comments that your Apple Watch and iPhone are connected to both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but the Ford Pass app doesn't load on the watch. It will be our pleasure to share some tips to sort this out.


  1. First, we recommend you Restart Apple Watch, and follow the steps in the link to progressively troubleshoot the issue, including restarting the companion iPhone.
  2. If you continue to encounter an issue with the Ford pass, then follow these tips to Add and use passes in Wallet on Apple Watch.
  3. You may need to remove the pass, and add it back in by following the steps in the link above.
