phone has been stuck on SOS and no luck with TELSTRA except they gave me a new sim which I scanned
and it is still stuck on SOS - HELP

Nothing worked -had to get a new sim card
took a month of emails until this was suggested - it worked - so a phone at last
but no discount for this months bill.
my phone has been stuck on SOS ever since last upgrade have a new sim scanned it and it is still on SOS why
