Hello,
I have a concern with my 2016 13' MacBook Pro. The proof is in the images below. I have had this MacBook Pro for 4 years now and it has helped me through high school and my first two years of college. It looks like it has from day one, but with normal usage wear and tear, however, a few days ago I notice the backlight at the bottom of my MacBook Pro has started to create a stage light effect. I did some research and it looks like the display connector from the motherboard and screen is breaking from the wear and tear of the years. People from Macrumors called it "Flexgate" like the "Bendgate" from the iPhone 6/6+ era. I am hoping there is a plan or service that will help me with this fix as I spend a lot on this computer and plan to use it in graduate school two years from now.
Please let me know what I should do?
Thank you!

Yep .
The program covers eligible MacBook Pro models for 5 years after the first retail sale of the unit or 3 years from the start date of this program, whichever is longer.
