Support.apple.com/ipad/restore

I don’t know what happened one minute i was watching youtube then i put my ipad down for 2 minutes and but when i’m Back i’m greeted by a black screen i hold the on button and then a picture of a computer and a charging cable pops up ive looked everywhere and they all say plug it in a computer (I DONT HAVE ONE) so what can i do get!!

Restore My iPad was updating to the latest system and froze. The I turned it off and back on. When I turned it back on I get a black screen with support.apple.com/iPad/restore at the top. It shows what appears to be a Mac Book in the middle of the page and the power cord running from the Mac Book to the bottom of the screen. I don't have a Mac Book or Mac computer to hook up to. How do I restore my iPad?
