Apple Watch hurting my wrist

My Apple Watch is causing tingling in my wrist. I was really excited about it and now it is really hurting my wrist.

Apple Watch burned my wrist My Apple Watch just burned my wrist last night. The green light on the back of the watch was always on and I didn’t notice and I end up with my wrist burned as you can see in the picture. I have no skins allergies at all. what can I do?
