about apple coverage

it says that my iPhone apple coverage has expired. what should I do?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

You do not have to do anything. You have an iPhone 11 so I am assuming that the iPhone has just completed its first anniversary since it was first purchased. At this point, Apple'd 1YR Limited Warranty has expired and that is what your iPhone is telling you. Your iPhone will still work normally.
