I don’t receive an apps or any confirmation email after my friend sent as a gift for me (she didn’t receive any confirmation email too)


My friend’s credit card was already charged and status in app is ‘pending’ There is nothing we can click on that page to report or contact to...


What should I do to receive the app that we already paid? Thank you
