In-App Purchase Pending for days now

I made an in-app purchase on a game about a week ago and the purchase says it’s still pending within the App Store. When I used to make purchases before, it would only take 1-2 days for the purchase to clear and I’d get my Apple receipts in email. I got the rewards from my game that I paid for but the purchases are still pending in App Store and I want to know why that is.
