Macbook Air web order "processing" for a long time

I ordered a Macbook Air from education store with the current deal that you get 10% student discount and bonus free airpods. My airpods have been shipped already and I was charged full price for them and not the discount. My Macbook is still being processed after a week and is scheduled to be delivered between 10/2 and 17/2. On my invoice it states the price of Macbook with the discount and free airpods

My first question is will my Macbook order be processed before the scheduled delivery date?

My second question is how will Apple work out the difference in cost? Will I get re-imbrued the $250 for the airpods or will the charge be further deducted from the Macbook Air.
