IPhone XR body part damage

Guys I’m new and this is my first question. My IPhone XR suffered a fall and now the side body part has some spots in it ( right next to the speakers) Is there any way to replace the side body part of my iPhone or should I just go along with this. I don’t know if it is a dent or something but I can see white spots.
