Changing Color of a Hyperlink in Mac Mail Signature

Hey, does anyone know how to change the color of a hyperlink in Mac mail signature so when recipients receive my mail the link is not blue but black?

I have played around with right click > show fonts > show colours but it always ends up composing (and sending) the email with a blue hyperlink and I want to be black..

V frustrating!

No. Apple Mail does not give you access to the CSS3 styling necessary to set the hyperlink color, and you have no control over the recipient's Mail client default color choice for hyperlink colors.
